Who issues your invoice
DUO Clinical Pilates is provided by Ana Carina Silva and Maria João Silva. The practitioner responsible for your subscription is identified at checkout, before payment, and is the one who issues your invoice-receipt.

- The same practitioner remains responsible for your billing while the subscription is active.
What the invoice shows
After each payment an invoice-receipt is issued in the responsible practitioner’s name and sent to the email address on the account.
- If you add your Portuguese tax number in settings before payment, it is printed on the invoice.
- Issued documents are delivered by email; an approved refund gives rise to the corresponding credit note.
Correcting billing details
Portuguese fiscal documents cannot be withdrawn once issued, so confirm your tax number and address before paying.
- Tax number and address can be changed at any time in your account, applying to subsequent invoices.
- To correct an invoice that has already been paid, write to geral@duoclinicalpilates.com before changing the details.
